Travis McMichael joined SAP Hotels, LLC in 2009 and is the Southern Ohio Regional Manager. Travis has over 7 years experience in the hospitality industry and is responsible for the performance of SAP properties in the Southern Ohio Region including Dayton, Oxford and Cincinnati.

In addition, Travis assists on revenue management to insure the placement and rate strategy, for each brand or independent hotel. Travis works closely with the General Managers and Sales staff at each property for positioning and rate integrity. Travis’s responsibilities also include building and developing a great working relationship with all of the Convention and Visitors Bureaus, local Chamber of Commerce along with the appropriate hospitality partners in the respected communities where a SAP hotel resides.

Travis began his career as General Manager for several premium brand hotels IHG, Choice, Lees Inn and Days Inn. Travis has developed strong skills in hotel openings, hotel conversions and implementing current and relevant standards and operating procedures. Travis prides himself on attention to details and getting things done timely. These characteristics have allowed Travis to be a huge asset to the SAP team. Travis has been commended for successfully converting a 66 room property to a Comfort Inn within 45 days and achieving a 95% QA score. Among these accomplishments, Travis is a nominee and finalist for the General Manager of the year for the 2010 Greater Cincinnati Lodging Council that is an affiliate to the Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association and the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
