Michael Baldridge joined SAP Hotels, LLC in 2010 and is the Director of Operations. Michael has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is responsible for the performance of SAP properties in the Midwest. In addition, Michael is specialized in Food and Beverage operations where he oversees all full service FnB operations within SAP managed properties.

Michael began his career as General Manager for several premium brand hotels IHG, Choice, Lees Inn and Days Inn. Michael has developed strong skills in hotel openings, hotel conversions and implementing current and relevant standards and operating procedures. Michael prides himself on attention to details and getting things done timely. These characteristics have allowed Michael to be a huge asset to the SAP team.

In addition, Michael assists on revenue management to insure the placement and rate strategy, for each brand or independent hotel. Michael works closely with the General Managers and Sales staff at each property for positioning and rate integrity. Michaels’s responsibilities also include building and developing a great working relationship with all of the Convention and Visitors Bureaus, local Chamber of Commerce along with the appropriate hospitality partners in the respected communities where a SAP hotel resides.
